Our workspaces are offered on a bi-annual contract, so if your circumstances change, you don't have to worry about being tied into a lengthy deal. We offer freedom and flexibility, so if you need your workspace for a guaranteed length of time, we can offer a longer time for you. We're able to cater to everyone's needs.

Our workspaces are offered to a wide range of artists, makers and designers. Our workspace environments are a base and central hub for creatives to work within, to meet other artists and designers, and a place to access opportunities that come through being in an active supportive environment. By providing space, time and opportunity, we aim to promote development of our artists' careers.
Central location
East Hill Studios is located on the grand East Hill which is in the centre of Colchester town. Local travel links allow for easy access for those without travel. Colchester Town station is a 5-10 minute walk away and and even closer for bus travel to the high street. We're also within close proximity to some prestigious art galleries such as The Minories and Firstsite.
